Shipping and Exchange

Shipping Costs? Purchases less than $200.00 will be subject to a $19.99 flat rate. (some exceptions noted in the product description (large items)). 

Free shipping? Yes anything over $200 is eligible for free shipping.

Free Local Pickup? Yes, we offer free local pick up. 

Penney & Company’s furniture and fragile items are available for in store pick up only as indicated within product descriptions.  For customers interested in help arranging delivery for larger or fragile items, and delivery pricing, please contact the shop at hello@penneyandcompanyhome.com.

 

Exchange Policy:

Penney & Company will offer returns for store credit within 30 days of your purchase with the original receipt.  All returned items must be inspected by Penney & Co staff to ensure they are in the same conditional it was sold in.

Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card which never expires and can be used on any future purchases.

All custom orders are final sale. 

We do not offer refunds (with the exception of damaged or defective items).

For online purchases, please send return merchandise to our store at 51 Walton Street Port Hope, Ontario L1A 1N2.  Your receipt must be included in the shipment.  A store credit will be issued as a gift card that can be used on any future purchases.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
